The Chipola Area Board of REALTORS® is very excited about our new MLS program and the powerful new “Public MLS Search“. The general public can use it to view any listings in our four county area. You can then contact the listing agent or your own favorite local Realtor to help you with any questions or to set up an appointment to view your favorite listings.

This terrific new tool makes finding homes for sale in Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson and Washington counties a lot easier. You will also be able to search for contact information on the real estate agents who are members of the Chipola Area Board of Realtors.

As you start narrowing your home search down you can also use that web site to review a list of our Affiliate members. They are from all types of companies that may have services you will need when buying or selling a home. We hope you will find that list useful and we send out a big “Thank You” to the professionals who have come together as a group to help both the agents and you have smoother transactions!
