Navica Training Schedule
The training schedule is posted below. You must RSVP to CABR@embarqmail.com with which class you wish to attend. The classes will be closed once we have 20 in that class. Username and password will be given at the class.
Monday April 23
4:30 – 5:30 : Appraisers. This will concentrate on the very specific items for Appraisers ONLY so that they do not have to sit through two hours of items covered they do not need. If you list and/or sell real estate you should not be attending this class.
Tuesday April 24
8:30 – 10:30 : Navica MLS Users CORE CLASS
11:00 – 1:00 : Navica MLS Users CORE CLASS
5:30 – 7:30 : Navica MLS Users CORE CLASS
Wednesday April 25
8:30 – 10:30 Navica MLS Users CORE CLASS
11:00 – 1:00 Questions and Answers – for any users that has been to a CORE CLASS
ADDTIONAL INFORMATION:
1 – You should bring only paper and pen to the class. It is much easier to follow the Navica instructor if you can focus your full attention on her presentation.
2 – All classes taught by Navica will be given in the CABR office on Lafayette Street in Marianna.
3 – The last session given by Navica (11:00-1:00 Wednesday) is going to be an open forum, question and answer class. You are strongly encouraged to use the system as soon as you are done with the your training class so that if you have any particular items that you would like to get more training on, you will be know it before that Q&A. You may bring your laptop to the Q&A.

61J2-10.025 Advertising.
(1) All advertising must be in a manner in which reasonable persons would know they are dealing with a real estate licensee. All real estate advertisements must include the licensed name of the brokerage firm. No real estate advertisement placed or caused to be placed by a licensee shall be fraudulent, false, deceptive or misleading.
(2) When the licensee’s personal name appears in the advertisement, at the very least the licensee’s last name must be used in the manner in which it is registered with the Commission.
(3)(a) When advertising on a site on the Internet, the brokerage firm name as required in subsection (1) above shall be placed adjacent to or immediately above or below the point of contact information. “Point of contact information” refers to any means by which to contact the brokerage firm or individual licensee including mailing address(es), physical street address(es), e-mail address(es), telephone number(s) or facsimile telephone number(s).
(b) The remaining requirements of subsections (1) and (2) apply to advertising on a site on the Internet. Specific Authority 120.53, 475.05, 475.25(1)(c) FS.
